Custom Development

Edited

Juggernaut's roots are in industrial design and mechanical engineering, and our team always loves a good challenge. But we can't say yes to every project. Here are some of the qualifying factors we look for when considering new development projects

  • Quantity - each project is evaluated on an individual basis, but as a general baseline, we require an MOQ (minimum order quantity) before consideration. For a new phone case model, as an example, we require an MOQ of 1,000.

  • NRE - sometimes a project may require Non-Recurring Engineering fees to cover the cost of development, and those fees may be combined with an MOQ requirement.

  • Ecosystem - there are some rare exceptions, but for the most part, we prefer to only take on projects that enable integration into our existing product ecosystem.

  • Timing - the timeline of a project depends on what current backlog we have for our product development teams.

If you would like to request a review of a custom development project, please provide us with as much detail as possible, and our team will reach out if it seems to meet our qualifying parameters.
