Please use this Returns Portal link for to submit your request. You'll need your original order number and shipping zip code, which can be found in any of the automated confirmation emails you received at time or order or shipment (often ends up in spam).
Terms: Product must be returned in new condition within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds are issued after the returned product has passed inspection by our quality team, and can take a few business days to be credited (depending on your banking institution).
